For the longest time, I felt like no matter how much I tried or succeeded, it was never enough. This belief was rooted in an early experience - when I was in school, even though I had the highest grades of all my class mates (not that it even matters, but my family cared!), my grandmother focused on the one C I received in writing, saying, “That C could be better.” At that moment, I internalised a belief that even when I’m the best, I’m still not good enough. This mindset stuck with me, leaving me feeling unworthy and like a failure, no matter how hard I worked or what I accomplished. Maybe you recognise yourself in not feeling good enough.
But here’s the thing - what I once saw as my greatest pitfall became my superpower. In my journey to break free from this limiting belief, I developed the Assured Success Method, combining all the best tools and techniques from over 10 different therapeutic models. It’s a powerful approach to confidence, self-belief and discipline, consisting of three key parts that work together to bring lasting change, because it works at the root level rather than simply treating symptoms.
